“We were not using any ATS prior to RMS. Also, our CV database was on Google Drive, with recruiters having to manually upload and download CVs,” says Ragavi Ravichandran, HR Executive at Zilogic. “We find RMS primarily useful to manage applications and maintain a CV database for each requirement. Since we work on repeated requirements, we can use the pool of resumes in RMS to quickly contact candidates whenever the need arises. We can also share the requirements with our colleagues from within RMS and speed up the hiring process,” says Ragavi. The centralized CV database in RMS has allowed recruiters at Zilogic spend less time looking for relevant profiles. They are now able to scan through a number of candidate profiles and find the right one within a few seconds with the help of advanced search and recommend features.
