Using Naukri RMS, Selectus has built a centralized database of CVs which is easily accessible by the entire recruitment team. Shilpa explains, “We have measured the productivity prior to using RMS and post RMS implementation there is a huge difference as we are able to find the right candidates for our position from the centralized database. Earlier we sometimes used to miss them in manual search.” Naukri’s advanced search and intelligent CV recommendations allows recruiters to identify suitable profiles effectively from their database. This has allowed Selectus to process CVs faster and share it with their clients, thus reducing their overall TAT. Clients are also more satisfied with the kind of CVs Selectus is sharing with them.

RMS provided Selectus with a responsive career site that not only boosted the employer branding but also increased responses from candidates. In fact, the RMS powered career site was fully customized as per the requirements of Selectus Manpower. “A good no. of our resumes are coming from our RMS powered career site”, says Shilpa.
