HuQuo (derived from Human Quotient) is a next generation HR management organization that provides all human capital services like recruitment, HR general management and HR analytics to a diverse client base. It is a Gurgaon based young organization, founded in 2016 by seasoned industry leaders with a vision to develop and offer path-breaking HR services through a deep understanding of Human Quotient.
Challenges
Being a young organization, HuQuo was dealing with administrative and logistic problems in terms of managing the entire database, says Manoj Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of HuQuo. “Without a central database, it was very difficult to find the right resume when they were lying in different systems. Also, managing communication with client and the internal team members was difficult”, Manoj further explains. The team at HuQuo was finding it very difficult to manage responses received on emails and multiple job boards, screening them one by one, coordinating with different stakeholders, aligning interviews with the shortlisted candidates and then creating multiple dashboards to get visibility over recruitment performance.
Solution
HuQuo envisions itself as an organization that provides HR services of global standard while exceeding client expectations. Without an automation tool, this was not going to happen. HuQuo evaluated multiple recruitment software products and finally decided on Naukri RMS.
With RMS, HuQuo could create an online centralized CV database, accessible from anywhere. They could automate their entire recruitment flow, track communication between different stakeholders and generate easily comprehensible graphical reports. Above all, it was Naukri’s brand equity that was the major reason for Manoj to go ahead with RMS. “We were looking at lots of other tools but I follow a simple formula when I opt for any kind of partner. We see the brand equity of our partners & one of the plus points of RMS is that it’s a product of Naukri.com. Also, since HuQuo was already using other Naukri paid services, it only made sense to go with Naukri RMS as we only had to deal with one vendor providing all the services. It is easy to manage and saves time,” says Manoj.

With resumes from different sources getting collated on a centralized platform due to email linking, job board integration etc. and easy shortlisting due to advanced search and filter options, it has become easier for Huquo to shortlist the right candidates and share their profiles with their clients from RMS itself.
